Cancellation

 
Under normal circumstances, we do not permit cancellation once the order is placed. If the order cannot be delivered to you for the reason: Delivery Address Unserviceable, 100% refund will be issued to you within 7 – 8 working days. If the order cannot be delivered to you for the reasons:
 
a) Incorrect Delivery Address,
b) Incorrect contact details, your order will be cancelled and shipping charges for the return would be charged and the balance would be refunded within 7 – 8 working days.

 

Returns

 
If the products have been delivered in an unsatisfactory condition such as:
 
a) the packaging is tampered with or any dilapidated condition of the products damaged before delivery,
b) Product is beyond the expiry date, write to support@glowbynjk.com with your order details & relevant photographic evidences within 1 day after the delivery. The replacement product(s) shall be sent to you in 2 – 4 working days once we received the defective products based on the availability of the products. If we are not able to send you a replacement, we shall refund 100% of the cost to your original payment method. The cost of sending the defective products to Glow by NJK will be covered by us. The shipping label would be sent to your registered email address.
Once your Return is received and inspected, we shall send you an email to notify you via email that you shall be eligible for the return. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and the corresponding sum shall be credited to you within 7 – 8 working days from the date of return.

 

Refunds

 
If the products have been delivered in an unsatisfactory condition as explained above, we might send you a replacement, if eligible. If we don’t have stock available to send you a replacement, we shall refund the applicable product and shipping cost at your original payment method within 7 – 8 working days. However, this time may vary with issuing banks.
In the event the sum is not credited to you within 25 days please follow the following instructions,
 
1) Check your bank account for Credits.
2) Confirm with your bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
3) If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@glowbynjk.com.
