Shipping:

We offer FREE Shipping on all orders above a minimum order amount, which is informed on the website from time to time.

Online Terms:

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you confirm you are of legal age in your jurisdiction, or that you are of legal age and you have provided appropriate parental or guardian consent for your minor children or wards to use this site. You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

Order Cancellations:

Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team at +91 91500 04201 as soon as possible.

If the order has not yet been shipped, a full refund will be processed within  7-10 business days to the original payment method.

Refunds:

Damaged or Defective Products: If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order. We will either replace the product or issue a full refund, including any shipping charges. Photographic evidence of the damaged or defective product will be required.

Incorrect Products: If you receive an incorrect product from your ordered purchase, contact us within 24 hours. We will arrange for the correct product to be sent to you at no additional cost or issue a full refund.

Non-Returnable: Glow ® by NJK products are not eligible for returns or refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Shipping Refunds
Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Cancellation:
Glow ® by NJK reserves the full right to cancel any order at its sole discretion. This may occur due to various reasons, including but not limited to, stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or any other circumstances that prevent the fulfilment of the order. In the event of such a cancellation, the customer will be promptly notified, and any payments made will be fully refunded within 7-10 business days to the original payment method. Glow® by NJK is not liable for any losses or inconveniences caused by the cancellation of an order.
